State of Escape offers free express shipping on all orders within Australia. 

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 11am AEST - Monday - Friday (excluding pre-orders).   

All orders are shipped via Startrack Couriers on a premium express next day delivery service to all capital cities (with outer suburban, country, WA and NT within 2-3 business days.)  Please note there can be the occasional transit delays which may affect the delivery time frame. 

You will receive email and SMS notifications from Startrack regarding your delivery with your tracking number upon dispatch.  If you have queries regarding your delivery, please contact us with your tracking number.  Additionally, you can track and trace your order here.

Unless otherwise selected, all deliveries with Startrack are required to be signed for at delivery or will be taken to the nearest Post Office with a notice left at your premises for collection.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Authority to leave WITHOUT signature via Startrack is available to select on their premium express shipping service.

For your peace of mind, the parcel will be left in a safe location at the front of your premises with no signature or contact with delivery driver required. Only select this option if you have a secure place for the driver to leave your parcel.

Please kindly note, State of Escape cannot be held liable for stolen, lost or missing parcels when selecting “Free Express Shipping (Authority to leave WITHOUT signature)” on your order.

INTERNATIONAL

International customers can enjoy secure express shipping for a fixed rate of AUD $25 (ex. Japan which is $50 AUD).

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed prior to 11am EST.  Orders placed after this time will be dispatched next business day (except for pre-orders).  All orders are shipped via DHL International, the global market leader in fast and safe worldwide delivery.

Delivery times will vary between countries, however generally deliveries occur within 3-5 business days.  Please note there can be the occasional transit delays which may affect the delivery time frame.  For COVID19 related and affected deliveries information pls refer to COVID19 information below.

You will receive email and SMS notifications from DHL regarding your delivery with your tracking number upon dispatch.  If you have queries regarding your delivery please contact us with your tracking number.  Additionally, you can track your order at here.

All deliveries with DHL must be signed for on delivery (unless otherwise arranged with DHL directly).  Please note DHL do NOT accept deliveries to PO Boxes.

International orders are sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and you may be liable for any customs duty and import taxes applicable on your purchase upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by the customs authority in your country and our NOT liable to be paid for by State of Escape.  Payment of these charges with DHL are necessary to release your order from customs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.  In line with Australian government regulations, we are required to declare the exact value and description of all items included in orders.

If import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, State of Escape will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any return freight costs incurred by State of Escape.

*Important information - Shipping to Taiwan & South Korea

State of Escape offers shipping to Taiwan & South Korea. Please note additional local government requirements are applicable to these countries on all imported goods. Your full name and local phone number in Taiwan or South Korea are ESSENTIAL.

Taiwan :You may be contacted by our delivery partner DHL on your local phone number to provide your local Taiwanese ID number (applicable for Taiwanese citizens), resident certificate number or passport number in order to complete your delivery.

South Korea: You may be contacted by our delivery partner DHL on your local phone number to provide your Personal Customer Clearance Code (PCCC) or date of birth to complete your delivery.

In the event that DHL cannot clear the import at the destination country or it incurs customs charges your order will be returned to State of Escape and the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less the costs incurred by State of Escape for the return freight. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us for assistance here.
